The Online Citizen (TOC) reactivated its website and social media accounts on Friday (Sep 16). This is after going offline for a year because Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) suspended their license for allegedly failing to declare all of its funding sources.
TOC shared that it is because they do not want to reveal the details of their subscribers to IMDA.

Now that they are moving their operations to Taiwan, the Singapore government will have much less power over them
If the government wants to punish The Online Citizen they now have to go through Taiwan to do it. At this time,
