Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport Wins Changi Airport as Best Airport for Business Travelers

Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi has been voted the world’s best by business travelers with an average rating of 6.8 out of 10. It was followed by Singapore’s Changi Airport with 6.63 in a list compiled by British finance research and information website BusinessFinancing.

It collated passenger reviews of major airports worldwide from airlinequality.com. Average ratings from reviewers categorized as business travelers were used to rank the 20 best airports globally.

“Noi Bai airport has an incredible range of facilities, especially the sky view building containing an observation deck and numerous facilities for aviation enthusiasts,” one verified traveler wrote.

“The terminals are extremely clean and the airport staff are very friendly. There are excellent food choices available.”

Hong Kong International Airport came in third followed by Qatar’s Hamad Airport.

Fourteen of the 20 best international airports for business travelers are in Asia or the Middle East.

Noi Bai, Vietnam’s second busiest airport after Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City, has a capacity of 25 million passengers a year.

In recent years the Vietnamese government has improved the quality of its services, managing to reduce waiting times in the process. It seems like whatever the Singapore Government is doing for business travelers in Singapore needs to up their game.
